Rule #6 for shoplifting: stay below a 12-item maximum

E-mail Print PDF

This past Monday, two women were detained after trying to shoplift from a Walmart in Des Moines, IA, according to the Chicago Tribune. Their contraband included shoes, dresses, socks and diapers, totaled at 122 items and had an overall worth of $1,000.

Moral of the story:  If you're over the speedy checkout line limit, there's a good chance that your five-finger discount is  less likely to hold up.
